Shipping Information

While it is our goal to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order Monday thru Friday, occasional delays are unavoidable. Normally you should allow 2 to 5 business days for regular ground delivery. We ship UPS ground, FedEx, U.S. Mail or UPS, USPS (depending on location). Expedited delivery is available upon request. Please provide your complete street address as FedEx, USPS, or UPS does not deliver to a Post Office Box. Hazardous materials, loaded ammunition, aerosols and flammable liquids are shipped by ground only. We reserve the right to change the carrier.

  • AMMUNITION: Ammunition must ship Ground. On average, ammunition orders will, after processing time, take between 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your designated shipping address. 
  • EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Expedited shipping methods may be added for additional cost for some accessories. The shipping options available will display in the checkout process. These expedited shipping methods are subject to M-F business day operations and DO NOT include Saturday delivery. For Saturday delivery please contact us prior to purchase. There is no expedited shipping method for ammunition purchases. 
  • FREE SHIPPING:  Any free shipping promotions do not apply to bulk orders or to expedited shipping. The minimum purchase amount to qualify for each free shipping offer does not include firearms processing fee or tax.

All special orders must be prepaid. No refunds or cancellations.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax applies to applicable states. Tax will show in checkout if we currently have to collect in your state. If you have any questions please feel free to call customer Service.

Return/Exchange Instructions

No merchandise will be accepted without prior approval. No return will be accepted unless the product is in the original container in good condition. Call our Customer Service Department. Please have your invoice number ready. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. All returns must be made within 60 days of purchase. Enclose a copy of the invoice in the package. Save all shipping containers and documents on damaged packages. Carrier may need to make a damage inspection.

Warranties on Merchandise

Products not manufactured by Fire Arms Ammo Store are warranted by the manufacturer. Please call the manufacturer if you have questions on the use or care of their product. Neither Fire Arms Ammo Store nor the manufacturer may be held responsible for customer misuse of merchandise. If you call or write in regard to defective merchandise, please provide the customer service representative with your invoice number.
