How to place an Order?

Every time we try as much to make it as easy as possible for all of our clients to be able to place their orders with ease and within few minutes regardless of the device you are using or where they are from . Below is a step to step guide on how to successfully place your order with us.

1. First thing you want to do is find the product you want to order. Find your desired product by browsing our various categories which appear when you hover over the shop page or simply search the product by typing it into the search bar located on top right hand corner

2. Secondly, select product quantity as you wish to order and Add to Basket (Cart) after which you scroll your mouse few steps down and click the ” Proceed To Checkout ” button

3. Now you will be on the checkout page where you need to enter your billing address. Your billing address can also be your shipping address, however, if you have a different mailing address from your billing address then check the small box on top right which says ” Deliver To A Different Address ” and a drop down form will appear where you now enter the different mailing address

4. After entering your mailing and/or billing address, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select your preferred method of payment after which you click on the ” Place Order ” button at the bottom right

5. Your order has now successfully been submitted and you will see instructions on how to submit payment. Note that order will not be mailed out until payment is received for that order.

How long will it take to get my order?

All Shipment are Registered as Discreet, and we use Air Freight so It Reaches The Client Quickly With No Complications including Weekends Except Holidays

– Delivery Within USA is 2 Days maximum (Next Day delivery services are only available in the USA)

– Delivery To Australia is 3 – 4 Days

How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging in to the website.

Once on the website, you can input the tracking number which will be sent to you once your package has been registered.

  • Order received: This means your order has been successfully received by our team and will shortly be ready for processing.
  • Order being processed: This means your order is with our warehouse for processing and will soon be dispatched.
  • Order cancelled: Unfortunately, this means we cannot process your order due to an outstanding issue. You will be sent an email notification regarding the cancellation, letting you know what to do next.
Do I need a special license to buy?

No. Most of our products are intended for adult use, and buyers must be at least 21. With some products, such as ammunition, a waiver and age statement will be required for first time purchasers.
